Congratulations to Josh Nunley on Winning State in the Shot Put!
Josh Nunley's progression in the shot put and the weight room has been remarkable. Since May of 2011 he has improved his shot technique and overall strength exponentially. His PR in May 2011 was a little over 32'. After training with Coach Randall and working hard in the weight room and throwing almost every day he improved his PR by twelve feet to 44'2" on May 3, 2012! He went from a bench press max of 175 to close to 300 lbs. in the course of ten months. But he will tell you that squats are key! He went from squating a little over 200 lbs. to close to 400 lbs.
